Frequently Asked Questions

These questions are provided to offer clarity, transparency, and reassurance as you prayerfully discern your next steps.

  • A Christian life coach is a professional who integrates biblical principles, prayer, and scripture with goal-oriented coaching strategies to guide clients toward personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Unlike secular coaching, they focus on aligning life goals with God’s purpose, helping clients navigate life transitions from a faith-based worldview.

  • Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. Coaching also does not involve giving direct advice or making decisions for you. The coaching process supports you in discovering your own insights and solutions. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you set goals, gain insight, and take action. It is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or emotional crises. If issues arise that require professional therapy or specialized support, you may be encouraged to seek appropriate professional help.

  • Christian life coaching is designed for believers seeking to align their personal or professional goals with God’s purpose, navigating life transitions through a biblical worldview. It serves individuals looking to deepen their intimacy with God, apply faith practically, and overcome barriers to fulfill their unique, God-given calling and gift.

  • A Partnership

Coaching is a collaborative relationship built on trust, respect, and openness. As your coach, I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in exploring your goals and challenges. The coaching process is a partnership where we work together to help you discover insights and develop meaningful steps forward.

    Future-Oriented Focus

While your past experiences may provide valuable insight, coaching primarily focuses on the present and the future. Together we will explore where you are now, where you would like to be, and how you can move toward the life you desire.

    Action-Driven Process

Coaching encourages growth through reflection and action. Each session is designed to help you gain clarity and identify practical steps that you can take between sessions. These actions support progress toward your personal, spiritual, or life goals.

    Aligned with God’s Purpose

As a Christian life coach, I believe that each person’s life has meaning and purpose. When appropriate and desired by the client, our conversations may include spiritual reflection and prayerful consideration so that your goals and decisions can align with your values and your understanding of God’s direction for your life.

    Personal Responsibility and Growth

Coaching empowers you to take ownership of your growth and decisions. My role is to guide and support you, while you remain the expert of your own life and the one responsible for taking the steps that lead to transformation.

Finally, coaching is a journey of reflection, growth, and purposeful action. My role as your coach is to walk alongside you, creating a supportive and respectful space where you can explore your life, clarify your goals, and move forward with confidence and hope.

Whether you are seeking personal growth, spiritual encouragement, or clarity during a challenging season of life, coaching can help you gain insight and take meaningful steps toward the future you desire. My bonus would be training you to have skills that can help you become independent (for example, beads work and arts).

  • I understand that financial situations can vary. While coaching is a paid service, my heart is rooted in ministry and service. I remain committed to approaching each person with compassion, integrity, and sensitivity to their circumstances. I believe that investing in this process can encourage commitment and meaningful transformation, while also honoring the value of the work being offered.

At the same time, I seek to remain prayerful and flexible, ensuring that those who genuinely desire support are not limited by financial barriers. That is why I chose to serve faithfully, supporting individuals as they grow in clarity, healing, and their walk with God. So, good news for you, there is no cost for this service, just you and your genuine heart that need healing and support.

  • It’s completely normal to feel unsure. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. You are welcome to reach out for an initial conversation to explore whether coaching feels like a good fit for you.

  • This coaching is primarily designed for women and young adults (21+ to 35),  as this is where my experience, training, and calling are most focused. I am especially passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate important life decisions, helping them grow in clarity, confidence, and faith as they step into adulthood. However, for now I  would like to focus on  working with women, particularly those seeking healing, restoration, acquiring  a skill, and a deeper understanding of their identity.

While my primary focus is on women, I remain open to working with young adults 21+ depending on their needs and whether coaching would be a good fit. My goal is to serve in a way that is both effective and aligned with my strengths and calling.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs. Some people benefit from a few sessions for clarity, while others choose ongoing support for deeper growth and transformation.

  • Yes, your privacy is very important. What you share during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety of the client or others.

  • Providing your age is helpful, as it allows me to better understand your stage of life and ensure that the coaching offered is the right fit for you. Young adult coaching is generally designed for individuals aged 21 and above, but this is not meant to be restrictive.

If you are close to this age range or feel that this coaching aligns with your needs, you are still welcome to reach out. The goal is to ensure that you receive support that is appropriate and meaningful for your situation.
