Meet Your Coach
Hello, I am Clementine. Many call me Mama Clem and I will be your coach.
I am so blessed to have this opportunity to walk with you in this journey of reflection, growth, and purposeful action. My role as your coach is to walk alongside you, creating a supportive and respectful space where you can explore your life, clarify your goals, and move forward with confidence and hope.
Whether you are seeking personal growth, spiritual encouragement, clarity during a challenging season of life, or learning a skill, life coaching can help you gain insight and take meaningful steps toward the future you desire.
My passion comes from my own journey experiencing trauma during the genocide in my home country. I have walked through seasons of pain, loss, and deep emotional struggles. There were times when I felt broken, confused, and uncertain about my identity and purpose. But through those experiences, I encountered God’s love in a powerful way that I shared in my testimony. I experienced healing and rediscovered my identity in Christ. Today I am passionate about helping wounded resilient women toward healing and restoration in Christ.
God met me in my pain, restored my heart, and helped me rediscover my identity. Through healing, faith, and growth, I began to understand that my story could be used to help others.
Today, I serve as an ordained pastor and a Christian life coach, I also work in a women's recovery center walking alongside individuals who are seeking healing, clarity, and purpose.
“Whether you are a woman seeking healing from life’s wounds, strengthening your faith and relationship with God, and hoping to connect and learn a skill that can help you earn a living, this is a space where you can be heard, supported, and guided with compassion and truth.” Matt 7:24-27 NLT
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that every person is created with purpose, dignity, and the capacity for growth. As a Christian life coach, my desire is to walk alongside individuals as they reflect on their life experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward healing, clarity, and purposeful living.
My coaching approach is both professionally grounded, trauma-informed and faith-informed. I follow the ethical standards and coaching principles of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), while allowing my Christian faith to guide the spirit in which I serve others—with humility, compassion, and respect.
Coaching is not about telling people what to do. Instead, it is a collaborative process that helps individuals explore their thoughts, values, and goals in a safe and supportive environment. Through thoughtful questions, deep listening, and reflection, clients are empowered to gain insight, make meaningful decisions, and move forward with confidence.
Faith, prayer and spiritual reflection will be part of the coaching process. My hope is to create a space where people can grow not only personally but also spiritually, learn a skill and discover deeper hope, resilience, and direction in their lives.
Above all, I believe that transformation happens when people feel heard, respected, and encouraged. My role is to support that journey with care, integrity, and faith.
Our Purpose
To compassionately walk alongside women from different backgrounds carry emotional wounds, walking through trauma recovery and those who are adjusting to a new culture; helping them find healing, restoration, and a renewed identity in God’s truth and love, while empowering them with practical artistic skills to support and improve their lives.
Our Mission
To provide a safe and supportive environment where women’s personal wounds are honored as they:
Experience emotional and spiritual healing
Restore their identity in Christ
Build supportive and meaningful connections
Grow in hope, resilience, and purpose
Transform their deepest scars into the foundation of their future strength.
Learn practical skills for financial independence
Our Vision
To see women restored, empowered, and equipped to live with hope, independence, confidence, and purpose through the global bridge between survival and thriving, ensuring no woman walks their healing and spiritual journey alone, and to see them embrace their scars as evidence of their survival and fuel for their future success as a testament to God’s restoration.

Why I Became a Christian Life Coach
I know what it feels like to walk through seasons of pain, confusion, and loss. Life can leave us questioning our worth, our purpose, and even our faith. I have walked through such seasons myself — through grief, brokenness, and the challenge of finding my identity after trauma. Yet through it all, I discovered a truth that changed everything: God’s love and guidance can bring healing, clarity, and restoration.
This personal journey is what inspires my coaching today. I want to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and encouragement as you navigate your own path. Whether you are searching to grow your faith and direction, or seeking to reclaim your identity after experiencing deep wounds, you do not have to face it all alone. I am grateful to walk this journey with you.
